~Four Power Hours Each Day~ Keep the stress away
We have seen in the past that there had been many success stories all through the years. Successful people have many things in common. They are focused on their own vision rather than seeing what others around them are doing or up to. They put their best while completing their tasks and don't give their own selves a chance to complain about their performance. It is recorded that the majority of the millionaires today are the first generation, which clearly means that they earned this money all by themselves.
Success is not confined to one definition. These remarkable people created their own success story by facing their odds as every individual has different circumstances at the beginning of his/her journey, and kept moving forward with even more will power and conviction. They failed and tried back harder. Once learned a lesson through failure, never committed that same mistake again in life and so, now they are marked in the history of humankind as the real warriors. To err is human right! To manage our routine in such a way that it helps us get through all difficulties like our best friend is the key to success.
The best way is to use your time positively. The current era is full of distractions, making it hard for any individual to focus on goals. Of course, while having the awesome tools of effective communication like Whatsapp, Messenger, Facebook, and YouTube, anyone can potentially destroy his or her time and energy using these free and entertaining platforms.
Use the 'Four Power Hours'
It is not important that if you are spending hours and hours of time at social media networking apps, your productivity has increased. It's all about the "results " you get in the end. Time spent online needs to be productive, money, and skill-wise. Else, one is definitely going to be frustrated and irritated, because the outcome scale shows nothing good and beneficial.
This can result in loss of opportunities, meaningful interaction with professionals from your field, income raise, missing deadlines, lack of interest and concentration for the "real" work. This may not sound alarming but feeling happy temporarily, sharing funny posts with friends, interactions with family and acquaintances can be a favorite pastime for anyone.
Facebook can be highly addictive being the first thing to check in the morning after waking up and the last thing to see on the bed before sleeping. It is completely useless to be curious about what our friends and relatives are up to and what they have been doing. What needs more and most of our attention is what we are doing on a daily basis in the name of our routine and this must be productive for our future selves, not to be shown to the people but to be really successful in life.
We can use this theory of "Four-Power Hours" presented by my mentor Sir Hisham Sarwar, the Freelancing Guru. It was discovered by him back in 2017. He concluded that it did wonders to him, his smartphone being turned off for four hours, all browser tabs, and every other kind of distraction too. Every day these power hours proved to be vital in his success. three short breaks, getting some fresh air, and having lunch in those short breaks can be practiced, he advises! This is indeed the best way to avoid all temptations that are a stumbling block in the way of good performance.
To be regular at practicing four power hours, the five-second rule can be applied before making a decision. This is a momentary action that leads to the make or break of your time to be spent all day and making you cover the tasks of 10 hours within 4 hours utilized properly.
Removing distractions, working for four power hours, you can be more focused and punctual at work. and meeting the deadlines or even finishing tasks before the deadlines. You will get peaceful time with your family as well, and more time to rest and get enough sleep. Pursue your goals by investing time in them and quality time spent with the people who inspire you, then you, become other people's inspiration! Time is valuable, time is money, It is an irreversible asset. It should be used wisely and to its fullest.
Focus on your routine and change your life by:
waking up early
keeping healthy
reading
contemplating
developing routines and rituals
practicing discipline
utilizing four-power hours
Why don't you as well, start using the "Four-Power Hours" every day and see your life change being more productive each day like I did too! :)
~Happy living!~
